Delivery - Shipment Guidelines

  • SHIPPING METHOD - DOMESTIC


The-Corner-Shop uses B-Post Service point for all freights within Belgium, Delivery time is normally 1-4 working days, depending on destination and what time of day the order is made. 

For foreign countries The-Corner-Shop uses DHL.

All orders are processed at The-Corner-Shop headquarters in Brussels and all items are shipped via recorded delivery and thus traceable. Remember to bring a valid ID when you collect your package.

 

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

 

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address reported in the order is correct. 

 

  • SHIPPING METHOD - INTERNATIONAL (DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF BENELUX) 


International orders are shipped with DHL from our headquarters in Brussels. You will be informed of the shipping rate and expected delivery time to your destination in the checkout section after selecting your country from the drop down list. 

Please note that DHL enquires a signature when leaving the package. The couriers usually operate between 8 am - 6 pm. 

An order confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment so you can easily keep track of your order.

Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

If you refuse your order or if we can´t deliver the goods because of incorrect information provided by you, we will deduct a fee to cover our shipping costs as well as any other fees that has been added on, such as import tax and duty, from your refund.

Once The-Corner-Shop has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume responsibility for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. The-Corner-Shop is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or authorities.

PayPal may cover the return shipping cost for eligible PayPal purchases worldwide until 12/31/17. This service need to be activated before you place your order with us for the claim to be approved. We currently ship to over 44 countries and will continually be adding more. Please select your country from the drop-down list in the checkout section after which you will be informed of the expected delivery time and shipping cost. Please note, that we aren’t responsible for any tax cost. Please verify before ordering.
